I believe that our connection to nature and our environment is essential to well-being, and my practice embodies the Nordic principle of 'Vaxa,' meaning 'to grow.'
I am committed to creating meaningful connections with my client's in order to support them on their path to mental, spiritual, and physical wellness.

Michelle Dreiling PMHNP-BC
Michelle is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing outpatient psychiatric care with an emphasis on careful assessment, precise diagnosis, thoughtful medication management, and consistent follow-up.
With over a decade of nursing experience in cardiac intensive care, forensic nursing, electrophysiology, and inpatient mental health, she has developed a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and medical complexity intersect. Her approach is shaped not only by clinical training, but by real-world experience caring for patients across the lifespan in high-acuity settings.

Membership Plans
Structured, private-pay membership plans designed to support safe, consistent, and thoughtful psychiatric medication care.
Membership provides predictable scheduling, clear expectations, and continuity of care.
Tier 1 🌱 Rooted Plan
For New Patients- Focused on diagnostic clarity and medication stabilization.
Includes:
- One 60-minute psychiatric evaluation
- Eight (8) follow-up medication visits
- Prescription management
- Secure messaging for brief medication-related questions. (SPRUCE HIPPA complaint messaging)
Investment:
- $250 Initial intake and evaluation.
- $150 per month (12 months)
Tier 2 🌿 Growth Plan
Designed for patients who have completed stabilization and still benefit from structured follow-up.
Includes:
- Six (6) medication visits per year
- Prescription management
- Secure messaging for brief medication-related questions
Investment:
- $1,200 annually
- or $100 per month (12 months)
Additional Appointments
If clinically necessary, additional visits may be scheduled at the member rate.
